Description: The facility admitted Resident with a history of sexually inappropriate behavior. Although the facility was aware of the resident’s behaviors at the time of admission, the facility did not instruct staff on how to deal with Resident #1’s behaviors. Resident #1 displayed sexually inappropriate behavior with seven residents including grabbing male and female residents’ private areas, exposing himself/herself to residents, entering other resident’s beds and touching them inappropriately. The facility failed to implement measures to address Resident #1’s sexually inappropriate behaviors and failed to notify the resident’s physician regarding the behaviors. |
