- Division of Health and Senior Services - www.dhss.mo.gov This site has information concerning the Division of Health and Senior Services in Missouri. It includes information on senior issues, services available to senior citizens, pending legislation concerning seniors, listing of the Area Agencies on Aging offices, birth, death and divorce information and other information that will assist senior citizens in Missouri.

- International Network for the Prevention of Elder Abuse - www.inpea.com This website is the International Network for the Prevention of Elder Abuse. They sponsor the World Elder Abuse Day. Site provides information on issues concerning elder abuse and organizations dedicated to preventing elder abuse throughout the world.

There are 7 VA nursing facilities in Missouri with 1,350 beds. The website provides more information on the nursing homes. You may also call 1-573-751-3779 for information.
